After an initial visit that didn’t resolve the issue, the owner came out for a follow-up and the difference was huge. He was thorough, professional, and made sure proper gel-baiting and treatment were done this time.

Jeff was absolutely amazing! He came within an hour on a Sunday, which I really appreciated, and did a thorough job cockroach-proofing my house. We've had Alex visit from iconic pest solutions. He was a through professional, took his time to go around and baited our property for Rodents problem. Our service rep was Adam and I found him to be polite and well mannered. He did a walk around the property and proceeded with the general pest control application. To address the possum issue, he positioned the trap in the roof cavity above the service access hole.
After a week, I asked that the trap be moved to the backyard under the mango tree where I suspect it had been feeding. The morning after it was moved, we had the animal in the cage. I draped a towel over the cage until it was picked up.

Just had Bax come out for a general treatment - he was very thorough and even fumigated under the house. Very competitive pricing. He was professional and explained what I needed to do (or not do). I'll update this review in a few weeks if the treatment wasn't effective but so far so good!

Adam is one of the genuinely nicest blokes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We had a cockroach problem left behind from previous tenants which was causing us much concern as we have a young baby who is crawling around the house. We had seen one stray cockroach by the outside door (likely from outside), but Adam still came by again to do a final spray to make sure the problem was eliminated completely.
