Adam was fantastic. He responded quickly, answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and carried out the cockroach treatment thoroughly. After an initial visit that didn’t resolve the issue, the owner came out for a follow-up and the difference was huge. He was thorough, professional, and made sure proper gel-baiting and treatment were done this time.

We recently had pest control done at our home from Jeff and honestly, the service exceeded expectations. He explained the different treatment approaches, including baiting techniques and precise placement to make sure the issue was handled at the source rather than just temporarily.
What impressed me most was how thorough and calculated he was. You could tell he understands pest behaviour and uses smart tactics to eliminate them effectively. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which gave us a lot of confidence.
On top of that, the service comes with six-month warranty, which gave us a lot of confidence.

Jeff was absolutely amazing! He came within an hour on a Sunday, which I really appreciated, and did a thorough job cockroach-proofing my house. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We've had Adam visit from iconic pest solutions. He was a through professional, took his time to go around and baited our property for Rodents problem. He said we will start seeing results in about a week and within 3-4 months it will take complete effect. I hope his bait works to get rid our severe Rodents problem from our property.

Our service rep was Adam and I found him to be polite and well mannered. He did a walk around the property and proceeded with the general pest control application. To address the possum issue, he positioned the trap in the roof cavity above the service access hole.
After a week, I asked that the trap be moved to the backyard under the mango tree where I suspect it had been feeding. The morning after it was moved, we had the animal in the cage. I draped a towel over the cage until it was picked up.

Just had Bax come out for a general treatment - he was very thorough and even fumigated under the house. Very competitive pricing. He was professional and explained what I needed to do (or not do). I'll update this review in a few weeks if the treatment wasn't effective but so far so good!

Adam is one of the genuinely nicest blokes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We had a cockroach problem left behind from previous tenants which was causing us much concern as we have a young baby who is crawling around the house. Adam arrived and immediately put our stress at ease. He told us everything is solvable , and we would get the issue sorted.
Adam took the time to listen to us and understand the problem, then commenced with a treatment through the entire property and outdoors as well as to into the communal areas. He left traps out for us to monitor, and explained to us throughout the process exactly what he was doing and why, along with preventative measures we can take.
Most impressively, Adam took our calls in the following days as we had additional questions, and then proactively reached out a few weeks after to check the progress. We had seen one stray cockroach by the outside door (likely from outside), but Adam still came by again to do a final spray to make sure the problem was eliminated completely.
I don’t often write reviews in this depth, but felt compelled to do so due to the exceptional quality of service we received through the entire process.
